Congratulations to our fabulous team of runners from Prospectus who on Sunday 10th June 2022 ran the Asics London 10K, raising awareness and funds for kinship care families across England and Wales.

Prospectus raised an incredible amount on one of the hottest days of the year
In total, the Prospectus team of runners raised just over £2,000 – an amazing feat – after completing the long distance run in blistering London heat and this will help kinship carers give children safe and loving homes.
Learn why Prospectus choose to support kinship families
Pete Beeby, Prospectus CEO said: “I am so pleased as a company that we are able to raise money for Kinship carers, a charity handpicked by the team to support with fundraising. The money we raise will go to those kinship carers who are providing love and care to children across the country at this most challenging of times.”
Emily Hayman, Research Manager at Prospectus said: “Before I was told about Kinship charity, I wasn’t aware of what a kinship carer was but now, I see how important the work of Kinship is in both raising awareness and supporting Kinship carers with the issues they face both financially and emotionally. I am so pleased to be running the London 10 K for such an important and little-known cause!”
A huge thank you to Prospectus on behalf of kinship families
Huge thanks to the Prospectus team for running a challenging 10k in hot conditions to raise funds to support kinship families. We rely on generous donations to deliver our vital services, and the funds you’ve raised will help us support more kinship carers and their children.
