Grandparents Plus is delighted to thank The National Lottery Community Fund Wales for funding to help us extend our advice and support to kinship carers in Wales. Tailored support will include information and advice online and by phone, group and 1-1 peer support, and also help with digital skills so kinship carers can access wider online resources.
