Raising children costs money. But financial support for kinship carers is inconsistent – it is a postcode and legal order lottery.
Kinship invited kinship carers, social work and legal professionals, policymakers and researchers joined us on this webinar as we shared the key findings and conclusions of our survey of financial allowances received by kinship carers in England and Wales.
Speakers included:
- Dr. Lucy Peake, CEO, Kinship. Lucy was in conversation with Maxine Campbell and Vickie Elward, both kinship carers and Project Workers in England and Wales.
- Paul McGrath, Policy and Practice Advisor, Kinship.
