Kinship is committed to respecting the confidentiality of those who use its services.  This means respecting the right of beneficiaries and service users to privacy and their right to expect that any personal information they give us will not be discussed or passed on to anyone outside Kinship without their permission.

Kinship keeps information on its clients/service users for the purposes of providing a service and meeting client needs. All personal data is kept in a secure database and/or in protected computer files.

Some client information may be reviewed by an external auditor for quality monitoring purposes. The auditor will operate strictly in accordance with our confidentiality policy however, please tell us below if you do not want your information shared in this way. This will not affect the service you receive.
