If your local authority commissions our services, you can receive advice and information via our Membership advice line by calling: 0300 033 9851

The Membership advice line is open 9.30am – 2pm Monday to Thursday.

You can also get in touch by filling out our advice line enquiry form. People who live in a membership area will receive a priority response.
