The cooking club is run by Kinship Kitchen and is open to all kinship carers in South London. As the cooking club is grant-funded, there is no cost to kinship families, and ingredients are provided. Kinship Kitchen also run a weekly cooking club for teenagers aged 12 to 16 growing up in kinship care, every Wednesday from 4:30pm to 6:30pm - more details below.

How to join

Weekly cooking club for teenagers

Kinship Kitchen also run a weekly cooking club for teenagers aged 12 to 16 who are growing up in kinship care. This takes place every Wednesday from 4:30pm to 6:30pm at 124 Kilmorie Road, SE23 2SR. Young people will also have the opportunity to complete a fully-funded Food Safety Level 2 course if they so wish. A separate space is available for carers of teenagers to socialise, with tea and coffee provided by Kinship Kitchen.
