Training for Someone Like Me and Online Chat volunteers
We’ll invite you to book training and send you send you some information to read through beforehand.
You’ll need to attend two training sessions of 2 hours each – one Core Training Session and then one session which is specific to the volunteering role.
Online Chat volunteers will also be asked to attend an extra Practical Session working with the chat software.
