When does free Wills month take place?
Free Wills Month takes place twice a year – in March and October. It’s an opportunity to give anyone aged 55 and over the chance to have their Will written or updated for free.
How does it work?
Free Wills Month is funded by charities that take part in the scheme. Every year throughout March and October, if you are aged 55 or over you can contact a solicitor taking part in the scheme and request an appointment.
At the appointment you will be asked questions which will help how the Will is written up. Following the appointment, the solicitor will draft the Will for you to agree and sign.
