The kinship local offer

All local authorities in England need to develop and publish a kinship local offer detailing what support is available to kinship carers in that area. This is a statutory requirement, laid out in the Department for Education’s statutory guidance for local authorities, published in October 2024. Find out more about what a kinship local offer is, what it should include, and how Kinship can help you.
