- are considering a Special Guardianship Order
- have been recently been granted, a Special Guardianship Order.
The workshop content has been developed specifically for special guardians by special guardians, in collaboration with social workers and academic researchers. It’s available in:
- Barking & Dagenham
- Tower Hamlets
- Waltham Forest
We work with local authorities across the country to offer support specially designed for kinship carers, including tailored one-to-one family support from our independent, local project workers, support groups and workshops.
We want more local authorities to offer our specialist support for kinship carers and are talking to them all the time. Below are the areas we’re currently working in.
- Milton Keynes
If your local authority is not currently listed there may still be an independent support group near you.
